Three60fit is a personal training & wellness center offering our clients personalized & proven health and fitness plan that encompasses the entire wellness spectrum for a 360-degree transformation of the mind, body, and spirit. Our certified and experienced coaches will create an individual wellness plan based on your specific goals and needs. Our unique 360-degree approach includes personal training, group fitness classes, nutritional education, massage and life coaching to help you reach and exceed your goals. Our mission is to educate, assist and support individuals, male & female, of all ages and fitness levels, who want to improve their overall health and fitness in a warm, welcoming and supportive environment. Our company was built on incorporating faith, family, and fitness into our approach, so our clients have the tools necessary to succeed, not just inside the gym, but more importantly outside the gym as well.

My own life has taken several journeys from being in the Air Force, to training to go professional in martial arts, to the set backs of several injuries. Yet they led me to being able to inspire the underdogs, for taking my clients and bringing them through a full 360 transformation and for coming full circle as a better equipped human-being. My goal is to eliminate the thought process of the general public that personal training and exercise is a perceived luxury, rather than a necessity. To ensure this change, I apply fundamentals from exercise science, corrective therapy, cross-training, martial arts, flexibility and balance, Health Coaching, and Motivational Interviewing to encompass all aspects of the Wellness spectrum.
