We want to meet people who have a desire to feel and look better in a way like no other! I am the founder and Principal Instructor at Knoxville's Premiere Pole Fitness and Boutique Dance Studio, Sheer Inspiration Pole Fitness. Pole Fitness is a workout for modern day women who are looking for a fun & effective way to get in shape, both inside and out! Our studio offers private and group instruction in all aspects of Pole Fitness & Dance, as well as Yoga and Fly Gym. I'm so happy to have the opportunity to share my 15+ years experience with the Knoxville area.


Training Philosophy:
In addition to the overwhelming physical benefits, Pole Fitness helps improve confidence, self-esteem, and body image. Also, Pole Dance doesn't discriminate due to age, size, or current physical condition; ANYONE can try our classes. Pole provides an amazing workout that combines cardio with muscle toning, while enhancing your flexibility and posture. The techniques, and the strength & muscular endurance training greatly improves a large variety of muscles; your core, pecs, buttocks, biceps, triceps, and shoulders are just a few. Because the pole techniques are presented in an accessible and entertaining way, you will be able to perform spectacular spins around the pole after only one session of training. Many people have a hard time committing to a regular exercise routine. Pole Dance for Fitness provides a welcomed alternative, strengthening mind, body and soul!
