We want to meet people who have a desire to feel and look better in a way like no other! I am the owner and Principal Instructor at Knoxville's Premiere Pole Fitness and Boutique Dance Studio, Sheer Inspiration Pole Fitness. Pole Dance is a workout for women who are looking for a fun and effective way to get in shape, both inside and out! Our studio offers private and group instruction in all aspects of Pole Dance, as well as Fly Gym, Barre, and movement-based classes. I'm so happy to have the opportunity to share my 15+ years experience with the Knoxville area.


Training Philosophy:
In addition to the overwhelming physical benefits, Pole Dance helps improve confidence, self-esteem, and body image. When you feel comfortable in your own skin, and your sexuality becomes part of who you are, you begin to feel sensual, revitalized, and empowered. Sometimes women tend to feel a little repressed, but want to take control of their sexuality somehow. You will be instantly hooked by the positive emotional and physical benefits the ego-free Pole environment provides; you will not only feel the transformation, but everyone around you will be able to see the new you. Pole Dance doesn't discriminate due to age, size, or current physical condition; ANYONE can attend our classes. It is amazing to experience that liberating feeling when you stand tall, and feel sexy, secure, and at ease with your body. Pole provides an amazing workout that combines cardio with muscle toning while enhancing your flexibility and posture. The techniques and the strength & muscular endurance training are second to none. Pole greatly improves a large variety of muscles; your core, pecs, buttocks, biceps, triceps, and shoulders are just a few. The pole techniques are presented in an accessible and entertaining way, so after only one session of training, you'll be able to perform spectacular spins around the pole. Many people have a hard time committing to a regular exercise routine. Pole Dance for Fitness provides a welcomed alternative, strengthening mind, body, and soul!
