Basketball 1 on 1 Training

1 on 1 court training for basketball. This training gives you a personal touch with Coach Robyn 1 on 1 where you gain a tremendous amount of reps with ball handling, shooting, and passing. Training sessions are hour-long lessons designed to maximize the individual attention players receive from the coach while focusing on specific weaknesses of the player(s). Shooting, ball handling, passing, defense, offensive skills, and athleticism are some of the areas that Gray Fit can work on. Coach Robyn will provide each player as much individual attention as possible while passing along the most important skills she's learned from some of the top coaches in the world. Get your team game ready with excellent drills and team building concepts! 1 on 1 PRIVATE SESSIONS: This program is designed for the dedicated athlete/Client who wants to dominate his or her competition in their sport as well as improve physical appearance to a leaner healthier you! These personal private sessions will give you a deeper dive of the highest training stimulus and that dedicated personal push needed to gain results.
