Training Philosophy:
My goal is to set myself apart as a Coach, not just a trainer, and educate you in nutrition, proper exercise form, managing sleep and stress by building a program that takes into account not only your goal, but your health history and your lifestyle. I want to empower you with the skills to achieve your physical goals which translates to success in all areas of your life. I grew up dancing since age 6, ballet, jazz and pointe. After age 40 and experiencing pre-menopause hormone fluctuations and weight gain, I discovered resistance training and the transformative effect it had on my physique. This ignited my passion to share the benefits of resistance training --maintaining lean muscle mass, protecting bone health AND increasing metabolic rate. As an independent trainer I have worked in weight loss clinic and studio settings, as well as my own private studio. I apply the same fat loss training and nutrition protocols I have learned as a figure & physique competitor in helping each of my clients with their weight loss goals.
