Movement - Flexibility - Strength..the hallmarks of the Kettlebell Zen program. It all starts with your brain. I'm a huge proponent of ZHealth Performance brain-based exercises to help you safely achieve your goals. We are able to work with folks of all ages who want to begin to unlock the true potential of their body and mind. Kettlebells are my first love, but not the only tool that we can employ to help you to achieve your goals. The community that has been created is our greatest asset. In my classes you will find camaraderie, networking opportunities and support bar none.

Tom 'Coach T' Foley is a brain-based exercise specialist based in Oakland and Emeryville California. He has been physically active and involved in in a variety of sports and activities throughout his life including baseball, basketball, football, tennis, golf, cross country skiing and ping pong (still one of his favorites). He has tried a wide array of training modalities such as Universal, Nautilus, Olympic lifting, bodyweight training, Russian and Sport style kettlebell and various forms of yoga.
